One nitpick - your first sentence refe...Good stuff. One nitpick - your first sentence refers to "talmidei chachamim and learned ballei battim", as though they were two different things. But of course, a talmid chacham is not defined by his occupation. [For one cute example, in Baltimore there used to be a mechanic whom everyone knew was a bigger talmid chacham than most of the city's rabbis, and at the same time there was one particular rabbi who was also known as an excellent mechanic.]DFhttp://www.yahoo.comnoreply@blogger.com
