Talmud Torah 1:13 where he brings proof that that the whole issue of women not learning the Oral Torah (...k'ilu lamda tiflus) only refers to people not teaching women but any individual woman may learn the Oral Torah as long as her intentions are pure.

See "My Uncle The Netziv" pg 151 for a parallel with Jews trying to give Russian Education Minister Uvarov a taste of Gemara and trying to teach him tagrei lod. Over there the reason given is that there are no psukim, dinim or kal v'chomers, just strict logic, in the sugya of tagrei lod.
