ReplyDeleteI believe the Chazon Ish holds there is psak in hashkafa, and has srong words for those who try to treat hashkafa differently.

A point of clarification. What is meant by the term "hashkafa?" Does it really mean "agada?". If not can you provide an example of a hashkafa which has no halachik ramifications. (I spoke w/ E. Ginsparg who asked be to clarify).
