The Arulh haShulchan is more lenient. (First part of OC siman 89.) is It would seem leshitaso, women would be yotz'os with Berakhos. Or by the time they finish Modah Ani. And I would think, given what he says about women not being obligated in Qeri'as Shema, particularly if they have qavanah for "Melekh haOlam" as that would cover Qabbalas Ol Malkhus Shamayim, the non zemam gerama element of the obligation of Shema.

I didn't quote him, but on the contrary, in 106:7 he tends to require women to daven three times a day!
