    In the Mesoras Moshe, they record asking Rav Moshe about the kehilah saying aseres bnai haman -- "eh, yes, no, whatever the minhag is ..." and even at his own yeshiva, it seems like they did it at night, but not in the day ... so you have the Rogachover on one side, the Chayei Adam on the other ... and the rest of us with a confused shrug.
