Stumped by a line in the Rosh. Any Ideas?

I am somewhat at a loss to understand what the Rosh means in Os  98 in the Orchos Chaim.

Sefaria has it:

  2. The commentary עלי אורח (available on Otzar Hachochma) has a nice explanation. B'kitzur, that the last two words are a separate clause meaning that you should not praise her, rather, others should figure out her praise from her actions.
