Not sure what the point of the criticism might be. Did you find the content satisfactory? Then listen without the video. I only included the video because it is easier to upload to youtube that way.
The point is that you might attract a larger public with pretty shiny videos. I realize it's a lot easier said than done, but a well organized visual does a lot to keep viewers interested. The content is worth being heard by more.
