Note that this is already a problem: This year Pesach is beginning after Chodesh HeAviv, the first month of Spring. However, according to the Julian calendar we still have some leeway, since they are 14 days behind. That assumes, of course, that we take their March 21 (our April 4) as the beginning of Spring, and not the actual equinox day.
